How to solve the bell puzzle
The open world of Hogwarts Legacy is full of secrets and puzzles of all kinds. In this guide we focus on the Solved by the Bell quest, this one is only available at a later stage also a bit harder than normal, involving defeating multiple enemies and solving a musical puzzle. How to start Solved by the Bell in Hogwarts Legacy
To start this Hogwart Legacy quest you first need to find the musical map. It is located in a dungeon, southwest on the map, in Henrietta’s Hideaway. The entrance is on the East side below Merlins Trial, go down the stairs to find the door.
You need to solve a mini-puzzle in the first room to proceed. Use Incendio on the statue to your left to reveal a cube. Now with Accio or Windardium Levioso move the cube onto the pedestal on the left side of another cube already placed. Finally, cast Incendio on the left cube and Glacius on the right cube and a door will open.
Fight your way through the Ashwinders, when you go to the next room a trap wall will stop you, cast Arresto Momentum on it in order to pass. Defeat all enemies in the next room, the map you looking for is here on a table in a hidden room behind the wall, the wall will open when you close up, use Revelio to help find the place. Pick the map to start the Solved by the Bell quest.
Solution for the Bell puzzle
The location you looking for is also southwest on the Hogwarts Legacy map, in the Clagmar Castle. Once again Ashwinders are there to difficult your life, defeat them all before going to the puzzle.
After that look for the bells inside the castle, you need to hit each one at a time with the basic cast in the exact order we show in the image below:
When you succeed, a very familiar soundtrack will play below the bells and the treasure chest will spawn.
