A Hogwarts secret, hidden in plain sight
Harry Potter fans can now explore Hogwarts for themselves, and this famous School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is full of secrets with puzzles to solve, like the puzzle doors. One of them is on the bridge on the way to the Great Hall, it is very simple to solve and grants you some good loot and one piece of legendary gear. The bridge puzzle is hidden in plain sight, you’ve probably walked over it a few times without realizing that is a puzzle. In Hogwarts, go to the bridge that connects The Great Hall region and The Library Annex area, you see a golden circle with symbols on the ground. You also have 4 braziers on either side of the bridge.
How to solve the Bridge Puzzle
In the golden circle on the ground are four symbols, each with an associated Roman numeral, are they:
- Triangle with 6 lines through it: I
- Moon shape with 1 line through it: II
- Triangle with a bullseye: III
- Diamond with an X through it: IV
There are also four braziers on the bridge, two on each side, each with a symbol, the same as the ones on the ground. At the base of each brazier, there is also a roman numeral that changes when you interact with it.
So the solution for the Hogwarts Legacy bridge puzzle is simple, you need to change the numbers in braziers to match the numbers associated with the same symbol in the ground. And all the braziers need to be lit, for that is required the Incendio spell.
Once all the braziers are lit and the numbers are correct, the golden circle on the ground opens. Giving access to a ladder to go down to the tunnel under the bridge, there you will find some chests with loot, there is a bigger one with the best loot at the end of the tunnel.
