The Division 2 has entered Year 5 Season 1 with some new features, like new exotics, gear, and talents, perfect for new builds. This build is all about applying shock status to groups of enemies with the Shock Trap, incapacitating them for a while, while you and your allies inflict damage on them. The Perfect Thunder Strike talent gives you a bonus of 40% damage to shocked targets. To complement this The Division 2 build, the Scorpio also applies Shock at the sixth shot.

Perfect Thunder Strike Build The Division 2 (2023)


Cabaret SMG – Perfect Thunder Strike: Deals 40% extra damage to shocked targets.

Scorpio exotic Shotgun – Septic Shock: Shooting a target applies stacks of venom, which lasts for 10s. Increasing stacks adds more severe debuffs to the target.

  • 1 Stack – Poison
  • 3 Stacks – Disorient
  • 6 Stacks – Shock
  • 7 Stacks – Target takes an additional 20% damage from all sources. Stacks no longer increase.

Duration of Status Effects is based on percentage of pellets hit on applying shot.

Perfectly Wicked – Applying a status effect increases total weapon damage by 18% for 27 seconds.

Transference Overclock (BTSU Datagloves) – Grants +15% Hive skill haste per skill tier. Detonating a Hive refreshes your skill cooldowns and grants overcharge for 15 seconds. If at Skill Tier 6, this effect also applies to all allies. Allies receiving this effect are unable to benefit from it again for 120 seconds.
