If you have found the Adamantine Forge in Baldur’s Gate 3 you can create a new piece of equipment there. For that is required mithril ore and one mould. There are a total of six moulds around Grymforge. They allow you to create a longsword, shield, scimitar, splint, mace or scale mail. Bellow on the map you can see all locations:
