How to solve the Fountain of Confession puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
The Fountain of Confession puzzle is completed in three stages. The first is to open a secret entrance in the font and the other two are to solve two more puzzles inside to finally open your way to the underground.
Fountain puzzle
At the top of the fountain, there is a dragon statue on both sides, you have to turn them to face each other. Facing the fountain, you will have a chest on your left, in it, you will find a key that opens the gate just to the right.
Enter and go up to the second floor, exit through the window to reach the dragon statue. There look down at the wooden scaffolding above the door you entered through, you will see something shining down there, it is the statue’s claw, go down to get it. Return to the statue, place the claw where it belongs and a lever will appear, use it to turn the statue, use the whip to reach the other one, and repeat the process. With the statues facing each other a third statue in the center of the fountain will turn around, pull it with the whip to open a secret entrance, and begin the second part of the puzzle.
Baptism puzzle
A large lever will appear at the entrance, use it to rotate the structure and reveal the puzzle.
- The statue on the left has to go to the right.
- Pull the ring in the mouth of the top right statue to pour water.
- Finally, move the bucket statue to the left, it will pour the water on top of the other statue to simulate a baptism.
Ark of Bulrushes puzzle
With the second stage completed, return to the lever at the entrance to rotate the structure and begin the third and final puzzle. Here you need to move the figure of a boat from left to right, there are three disks to turn to make way for the boat:
- Rotate the outside disc three times to the left.
- Rotate the middle disc once to the right
- Rotate the center disc twice in either direction.
With the path lined up, pull the ring at the top right to move the boat and complete the puzzle.
This time the structure will move on its own, just push the statue in the middle to open a secret passage and be able to continue your adventure.
