We keep this post free of Spoilers, that being said this puzzle can only be completed after you finish the main campaign, which will reveal a secret cutscene. You need to obtain all 50 relics scattered over all the maps of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, they can be collected at any time, less the last one that requires you to complete the main campaign. How to solve the Relic Door Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
After you have all the 50 Ancient Relics in the inventory it’s time to put them in use to solve the puzzle. There are 4 big doors, each one with a diagram with holes to put the relics, once the last one is put in the right place the doors will open. Be aware that there are several potential solutions, this is one that works.
