Destiny 2 Strand Warlock with Weavewalk (S22)

Create an army of Threadlings with Weavewalk

The Season of the Witch (S22) is here, bringing to Destiny 2 some additions, like the new Weavewalk aspect for the Strand subclass. This new aspect is very powerful, helping a lot in survivability and creating an army of Threadlings, check here this Warlock Strand build.

The Weavewalk is a Warlock ability activated when dodging while airborne. It makes the Warlock more resistant to damage, similar to the Hunter’s invisibility ability. The Weavewalk is perfect for repositioning on the field and getting out of sticky situations. While the ability is active, Threadlings are generated up to a maximum of five. The Swarmers legs give all Threadlings the ability to Unravel targets and generate more Threadlings. This Destiny 2 build is intended to be used with strand weapons, like the exotic Quicksilver Storm.

You activate Weavewalk and summon 5 Threadlings. Next, you exit using your rift, which generates 3 more, and then you send all 8 of them towards your targets. You can also use a grenade to summon an additional 3 Threadlings, creating a powerful Threadling army that can deal massive damage.

Recommended Exotics: Swarmers and Quicksilver Storm

Strand Warlock with Weavewalk and Quicksilver Storm

The Swarmers continue to be the choice for this Strand Warlock build. Equipping them will cause Strand Tangles to generate Threadlings, which will inflict Unravel on targets. Opponents affected by Unravel launch Threadlings when damaged, and generate a Tangle upon death.

This Destiny 2 build is intended to be used with strand weapons, a great choice is the Quicksilver Storm with the exotic catalyst that turns this exotic rifle into a strand type. To make things better kills with the grenade launcher mode create Tangles.

If you prefer to take maximum advantage of the Weavewalk there is another variant from this build with the Monte Carlo. This exotic assault rifle is great to recharge the melee energy quickly.
