Destiny 2 Winterbite Exotic Glaive

How to get the Winterbite Exotic Glaive in Destiny 2 Lightfall

The first step is complete the Destiny 2 Lightfall main history. Then you have to do five sidequests to Quinn the Archivist in Hall of Heroes just to unlock the main quest to get the Winterbite. They are the following:

Welcome To The Hall of Heroes

Just interact with 8 information stations around the area.

Stargazer

Loot the chest at the end of the activity Terminal Overload. Then a new location will spawn on the map, here you need to kill a Vex Hydra. Next, you need to find a Terminal Overload key, which can be accomplished by doing activities in Neomuna, patrols, public events, and open chests. Finally, do the Terminal Overload again and at the end open the second chest with the key. Return to the Hall of Heroes to repair a Memorial.

Maelstrom

Heads up to the Vex Incursion zone in Neomuna, here find and interact with 2 Strand sources to get Strand ability and complete any activity in the zone, with Heroic Public Events counting more to percentage. In the next step complete the Lost Sector in the current Vex Incursion Zone. Return to the Hall of Heroes to repair a Memorial.

Bluejay

The first step is to visit Nimbus, then the next has two objectives. Acquire an engine by opening a Terminal Overload key chest, and in the Vex Incursion Zone kill opponents with Strand abilities. Return to the Hall of Heroes to repair a Memorial.

And now finally you will be given the Exotic Quest Strider, to get the Winterbite Glaive.

Strider Exotic Quest

1.

Finally, the quest itself to gain this new Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotic. If you’re in a hurry, this is the part you didn’t want to hear, it takes at least 3 days to complete this step. This is because you will need to complete the Terminal Overload activity in all three patrol zones on Neomuna. This activity rotates every day in this order: Zephyr Concourse, Ahimsa Park, and Liming Harbor. Be aware that to count you need to open the second chest with the key.

2.

On the next task, defeat Shadow Legion enemies to collect Data Cipher, and complete the Gilded Precept Lost Sector, located in Ahisma Park. A trick here, there is Shadow Legion in the Lost Sector that counts toward the kills.

3.

Once both are done, return to the Archivist in the Hall of Heroes that instructs you to repair another Memorial.

4.

For the last task, make your way through Maya’s Retreat at the south of the Neomuna map. There destroy the Hydras, every time a Hydra is killed a Vex Confluxe will spawn, interact with him to shut him down, repeat the process until the final Hydra boss.

5.

Return to Archivist again and claim the Winterbite exotic glaive in Destiny 2.
