This new arc Hunter build for Season 21 is all about melee, it’s very similar to the Liar’s Handshake build but this one uses the exotic helmet Assassin’s Cowl that gives you a lot of support, making you invisible at the same time and restores health and shield every time you make kills with melee. Your melee will jolt multiple targets and restores your dodge energy, and when you dodge recharges your melee, it’s a loop where you have these abilities all the time.

Lethal Current – After dodging, your next melee attack has increased lunge range, jolts the target, and creates a damage aftershock. Damaging any jolted target with your melee also blinds them.
Flow State – Defeating a jolted target makes you amplified. While you are amplified, your doge recharges faster, you are more resilient while dodging, and your reload speed is greatly increased.
Fragments
Spark of Recharge – While critically wounded, your melee and grenade energy regenerates more quickly.
Spark of Resistance – While surrounded by combatants, you are more resistant to incoming damage.
Spark of Feedback – Taking melee damage briefly increases your outgoing melee damage.
Spark of Ions – Defeating a jolted target creates an Ionic Trace.

For this arc Hunter build it’s essential that you have the Assassin’s Cowl. This exotic helmet grants you invisibility, health, and shield regeneration with melee kills, which are crucial for survivability.
Melee will be your main focus so the weapons are not too important. But if you want to take the maximum advantage equip a shotgun with the One-Two Punch perk, it increases your melee damage when you hit a target with every pellet in a shot. So alternate between shooting and punching on strongest enemies.
