Renewal Grasps are back
With the arrival of the new season of Destiny 2, there was an exotic that received a buff. We are talking about Renewal Grasps, this means that Hunters have again a powerful Stasis build capable of freezing everything that moves.
This Stasis Hunter build is all about Duskfield Grenades. Thanks to the Renewal Grasps they have a significantly larger radius, enemies trapped inside are slowed and cause less damage, and on the other hand, Guardians inside it suffer less damage. By destroying the Stasis Crystal you get your grenade energy refill in a few seconds. Keep using melee to slow targets and recharge it again just for using the Gambler’s Dodge. Super Ability – Silence and Squall

Aspects
Touch of Winter – Your Glacier, Duskfield, and Coldsnap grenades have enhanced functionality. Duskfield Grenade: Increases slow-field size and creates a small [Stasis] Stasis crystal on impact.
Grim Harvest – Defeating slowed or frozen combatants creates [Stasis] Stasis shards. These shards grant melee energy when picked up by you or your allies.
Fragments
Whisper of Shards – Shattering a [Stasis] Stasis crystal temporarily boosts your grenade recharge rate. Shattering additional [Stasis] Stasis crystals increases the duration of this benefit.
Whisper of Durance – Slow that you apply to targets lasts longer. For those abilities that linger, their duration will also increase.
Whisper of Chains – While you are near frozen targets or a friendly [Stasis] Stasis crystal, you take reduced damage from targets.
Whisper of Refraction – Defeating slowed or frozen targets grants you class ability energy.
Whisper of Rending – Primary ammo weapons do increased damage to [Stasis] Stasis crystals and frozen targets.
Recommended Gear: Renewal Grasps
After a nerf some months ago, the Renewal Grasps are back in business this season with a buff. These exotic arms are the key to this Stasis Hunter build. They greatly increase the Duskfield grenade’s area of effect, enemies inside deal 50% less damage and you and allies get 25% more damage resistance when inside.
For weapons, the Wicked Implement is the best choice to use with this Stasis build. This exotic Scout Rifle can slow targets with precision hits, collecting Stasis Shards reloads the magazine, good to keep shooting. The Verglas Curves bow is also a good option for Stasis damage, but not too much recommended for high-end content. You can pick any weapon of your preference just adjust the mods to equal the weapon element.
